Apple 亲自带每个家庭，精力有限是一方面——更重要的原因是：美本申请季时间跨度长达 12–18 个月，文书与策略的深度打磨需要顾问对每个学生的故事有真实理解。如果招得太多，深度就被稀释了。我们宁愿每年只带 10 个家庭，每一个都被认真对待。
We accept only 10 new undergraduate families per year. The deeper reason: the 12–18 month application season requires a counselor who genuinely knows each student's story. Dilution is not an option.

"My parents want me at an Ivy" and "I want to figure out what I actually want to study" — these are two entirely different applications. We can tell the difference in the first thirty minutes. It matters more than a test score.

The child a parent sees, the child a teacher sees, and the child who lives inside the child — are often three different people. Realigning them — so the student who appears in the essays is actually present in the room — is some of the hardest, most important work of the season.
17 岁不是 25 岁的缩小版，它是另一种运转方式。高成就的中国学生最擅长的事，是"看起来没事"。我们会留意那些没被说出来的东西——那些往往才是文书的真正起点。
Seventeen is not a smaller version of twenty-five — it's a different operating system. The thing high-achieving Chinese students do best is appear fine. We pay attention to what isn't said — that is often where the real essay begins.
美国大学招生官读 Common App 时，看的不是"这个学生有多优秀"，而是"这个学生未来四年是不是能成为这个 community 的一部分"。"中国式优秀"需要被翻译成另一种语言才能传达——这种翻译，不只是文字。
U.S. admissions officers reading a Common App aren't asking how impressive this student is — they're asking whether this person will become part of their community for four years. "Chinese-style excellence" must be translated into another language before it can be heard.
高中前两年做出的判断，常常比 12 年级的努力更决定结果。申请季能改的是包装，改不了的是底色。我们关心的，是早一点把底色看清楚。
The judgments of the first two years of high school often determine more than the work of senior year. Application season refines the framing — it cannot rewrite the substance. We watch for the substance early.

U Plus operates as a coordinated team. Apple Li serves as project lead for every family — personally directing application strategy and maintaining the closest counselor relationship with each student. Essay coaches, former admissions officers, and enrichment specialists step in precisely when needed; all coordination flows through Apple. Parents always have one consistent point of contact.

U Plus works with current and former admissions officers from top U.S. universities — including Ivy League, Top 30, and leading liberal arts colleges — who provide insider evaluation perspectives, essay review, mock alumni interviews, and strategy adjustment. This is built into the U Plus base package.
对于提前 1–3 年签约的家庭，我们从课程选择（AP / IB / Honors）、活动组合、暑期项目、研究与写作能力培养开始，把"申请素材"变成"成长素材"。申请季到来时，学生不是在赶补一份履历，而是在自然呈现 2–3 年的真实进步轨迹——这是美本招生最看重的"sustained engagement"。
For families who begin 1–3 years early, we start with course selection (AP/IB/Honors), activity development, summer programs, and research and writing skills — turning "application material" into real growth. By the time application season arrives, the student isn't scrambling to fill a résumé; they're presenting 2–3 years of authentic, sustained progress — exactly what U.S. admissions values most.
Common App 的 Personal Essay、各校的 supplemental essays——这些都不是模板可以套出来的。中国学生的故事、价值观、教育期待，需要被翻译成美国招生官能听懂的语言。这种翻译不是"美化"，而是把已经存在的真实呈现出来。我们做的是文化对接，把孩子已经存在的真实呈现出来。
The Personal Essay and supplemental essays cannot be templated. A Chinese student's story, values, and educational background must be translated into a language U.S. admissions officers can hear. This is not embellishment — it is accurate representation. We do cultural bridging: presenting what is already true.
我们的工作不止于录取通知。从签约到大一第一学期的过渡支持（含选课建议、学校老师沟通、文化适应、心理调适）都在 U Plus 服务范围内。后续如需继续支持，按"专项服务"单独购买。家长不会经历"录取后突然失联"的常见痛点。
Our engagement doesn't end at the acceptance letter. From signing through the first semester of college — including course selection guidance, teacher communication, cultural adjustment, and psychological support — everything is within scope. Continued support is available as add-on services.

Common App 10 个 activities + 5 个 honors 的描述优化与排序策略；与文书内容形成互相呼应的整体叙事。
AP/IB/Honors 课程选择建议、SAT/ACT 标化策略（含 test-optional 决策）、SAT II/AP 成绩呈现优化。
推荐人选择策略（counselor + 2 teachers，部分学校再加 1 peer 或 supplemental），提供推荐信指引框架，全程跟进提交进度。
