Apple 亲自带每个家庭——更重要的原因是：美高申请本质上是推荐制，一位顾问在同一所学校能实质推荐的学生数量是有限的。如果招得太多，几位 U Plus 学生会在同一所学校的录取席位上互相竞争——这是一个负责任的顾问绝不应该让发生的事。
We accept only 10 new boarding/private school families per year. The deeper reason: U.S. private school admissions is fundamentally referral-based. A counselor can only genuinely advocate for a limited number of students at the same school. Too many, and U Plus students compete against each other for the same seats — something a responsible counselor must never allow.

American admissions officers reading a parent statement aren't asking how good the child is — they're asking whether this family will hold together over four years. A Chinese parent's love and concern must be translated into another language to be heard. That translation is not just linguistic.

U Plus operates as a coordinated team — Apple serves as project lead for every family, personally directing application strategy and maintaining the closest counselor relationship with the student. All coordination flows through Apple. Parents always have one consistent point of contact.

For families who begin 1–2 years early, we start with academic planning, activity development, summer programs, and reading and writing skills — turning "application material" into real growth. Our engagement doesn't end at the acceptance letter. From signing through the end of the first semester — including GPA management and teacher liaison — everything is within scope. Continued support is available as add-on services.
